[FARRER PARK, SINGAPORE] Found another quality Chinese dessert cafe that I will be back again to try out many more of their selections 😍

They are famous for their roasted milk tea, which we got the Osmanthus 🌼 version ($13.90). It may seem expensive, but 1 pot can feed about 2-3 pax. This is meant to drink hot, and you can really taste the amount of quality ingredients in this. It was strong yet fragrant, with just a slight sweetness. At first I wasn't really drawn to the tea, but it slowly grew on me as I appreciated the fresh tea flavours.

If you are not a tea person, fret not as they have great desserts too. One of their famous ones is their Taro Mochi 🍠🍡 ($6.90). You might be thinking about mochi balls, but it's actually the velvety, smooth yet slightly chewy white layer on top. Digging into this reveals a bed of orh nee which was not too sweet and was smooth as well.

I'm glad that their desserts lean towards being less sweet, which is great knowing it's not too sinful to have their desserts. Can't wait to come back to try more items! 🤤

Light floral notes from the chrysanthemum and osmanthus, paired with creamy milk that’s not too sweet. What I really liked is how the flowers are kept separate from the milk, so you get the aroma without accidentally sipping petals. No weird texture, just clean and mellow flavour.

One thing to note is let it steep a bit before diving in. Since the tea’s layered, the flowers sit on top and only infuse while the milk level’s high. Once you drink past a certain point, the steeping stops and it turns into plain milk tea. So give it a few minutes to mingle before sipping 》$5.95

Silky-smooth and luxuriously rich, it carries that signature hint of saltiness which balances beautifully with its gentle sweetness. A dusting of premium matcha powder that adds a fragrant, earthy kick to every spoonful.

($4.30) I decided to add on buckwheat chew chew ($1.30) its quite refreshing tea but got strong roasted tea aftertaste.

($6.80) hmmm got strong milk tea taste tbh but then pearl was quite crunchy and also but with nutty aftertaste.

($6.90) A multi-layered drink that combines the Cloud Matcha Latte, Supreme Matcha Latte, and fresh matcha mochi at the bottom of the drink based on description. I felt that the drink was too diluted tbh but the matcha was quite milky, grassy and creamy. The cloud matcha was quite thick texture tbh. Matcha Mochi was quite dry but still chewy texture.

Their mochi is quite consistently good

The peanut sauce is quite mild and sweetened, it's not pure peanut butter

Despite the aunty's advice, the bread actually turns quite hard after just 1 day (she said it's good for 2 days)

Chocolate was alright, the banana was good, it's got bounce and flavour, although somehow as a whole this didn't quite leave an impression (possibly because of the bread)

First time trying, very rich taste. Using beyond buy 1 get 1 free. So good.
