From 13-16 May, British TV personality Chef Andrew Turner of Hotel Café Royal in London will be presenting some specially created dishes for Osia. Expect traditional dishes with a twist like this Grainge Black Angus Beef Fillet MS 2 with a sweet and sour Hong Kong sauce and oxtail Anna potato. 3-5 courses available for lunch and dinner. I'm always happy with a good piece of steak!
