Bought marinated pork chop from cold storage and pan fried for 7 minutes on low-medium heat on each side. Made potato salad with dijon mustard, mayonnaise and bacon and veg
Fancy some store bought oven baked pork chops with hand mashed potatoes, portobello and asparagus?

Decided to make dinner for one with whatever's left over in the fridge.
Simple, healthy and easy dish but tastes absolutely delicious. Buy some of your fav leafy vege, mixed mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, organic carrots and lay them on aluminum foil. Place a slice of cod on top and season with pepper and teriyaki sauce. Add a dollop of butter on top, cover with foil and bake in oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 20-25 mins. Top with some fried crispy garlic and serve!
Made lunch with store bought sushi. The gudetama faces were really difficult to make with just a kitchen scissors and hands. Would recommend to dry your hands really dry when handling the pieces of Nori(seaweed)
Home made sushi with sashimi bought from Mediya. Full-filling indeed.
An easy to make and healthy colourful salad; tomatoes, mildly aged cheese, olives in lemon water, prosciutto ham and a poached kampong chicken egg on a bed of sweet basil leaves. Super yums!
My favourite childhood dish, dry Maggie noodles
Steak cubes on green capsicum, cheddar on portebello and quail egg and smoke duck breast on cracker... Awesome possum!
