Tasteless but again it's perfectly fine w the ginger fishsauce. One piece was bitter though

Somehow the ginger combines w the fish sauce for something that's blasphemously good and really brings out the flavour of the duck. Dare I say it's perfect, if not for the funk
W blood. The blood was firm,quite good
And my oh my, the porridge w it's soft loose grains were absolutely brilliant. It's got the essence of salted duck infused strongly into it, yet after a few bites it's still v comforting and warm

Duck was very plain actl, but it goes so well w the sauce
Light, crunchy, refreshing and slightly umami. Goes well w the rest of the items
