Thinking abt the umami-ness of this super awesome pork cheek & gruyere sandwich from Flock Cafe. I think from now on, I should say γγΎε³ as a synonym for yummy.

Interesting dessert frm the same place: burnt bread cream, chocolate soil, and tarragon pudding (which was essentially just sauce). If only if it was served in a little bucket.
