($7) a lot of people said that its nt that nicer tbh bc of too much grainy texture in matcha. But I think that too much order for matcha last month at one go hence the manpower was not that there. I just felt that it's best for letting the hype die first before heading down for best experience. The staff recommended to order hubei instead of fukuoka because they went out of stock. tbh I just felt that it's strong bitter taste and quite balanced texture between matcha and milk.
[ONE-NORTH, SINGAPORE] Who loves a good brunch? I do!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I had a not-so-good experience with their pastas previously, but this time I decided to stick to their brunch fare and I must say it can't go wrong 😍
Their Sausage & Eggs ($14) may look simple, but it was such a delight to have. They are well known for their toasts, and that sourdough was not only crispy on the edges, but soft and chewy in the middle. The eggs were perfectly creamy, with the right consistency without being too watery!
Their sausage may be store bought, but it was meaty and well grilled for the enhanced flavour. Now their tomatoes are the highlight for me, as it was not only juicy and sweet on the inside, the flat side was well grilled and it soaked up the meat juices from the pan well.
This may be slightly small, but it definitely still made me happy! Coming back for their avocado toast next time 🤭
Chicken was tender & pairs super well w sambal. Love the texture of the sweet potato glass noods too!

If indulgent açai bowls are your thing, don’t sleep on The Summer Acai’s lovely selection that is complete with fun punny names. Recommended by my colleague, the Gossip Gearl ($16.70/ Large) is part of the ‘Timeless Dreams” menu which features a mix of sorbets. Combining the classic berry açai sorbet with earthy floral earl grey acai sorbet, the bowl was insanely rich (please just look at the amount of cookie butter sauce). The acai is a little sweet but the taste of berries as well as the tea fragrance is superbly intense. The best part is that the sauce level is customisable and the generous amount I got (which is their normal portion) comes at no additional cost! It also includes a good number of toppings like banana, strawberries, blueberries, pitaya, chia seeds, and granola.
I had the Elvis ($11) which had PB, raw cacao, banana blended together to form a thick & creamy smoothie bowl, topped with house-made vanilla granola. Also topped with raw peanut butter cubes which were to die for!! The top layer was rich pb & choc, and the bottom sticky crunchy layer was a mixture of crushed cashews, pitted dates & coconut.
was convinced by a friend to change the buns of the Portobello Mushroom Burger ($18) to Gluten-free Toast (+$3). It’s LIFE CHANGING SERIOUSLY. As usual, their potato chunks taste amazing esp when paired with their housemade mayo.
Very unique flavoured topping on crisp bread. Love it!
Always love the lovely bites here. This is packed with mushrooms - very tasty even for breakfast. Pairs with a lemonade drink on the Burpple 1-1.
Rice was very mushy. Unagi quite small. Unagi bowl not worth it. Wanted MYO bowl but it’s their first reopening day & many ingredients not avail. Will be back to try their MYO bowl.
