Food was really yummy and I even returned the following week to get it again!

Would definitely recommend the spinach and nuts and the spicy squid.

Their Peking duck looked sooo delicious too. There wasn’t too bad of a queue either so that was great

They offer a wide variety of pizza from thick crust to thin crust , it’s pretty good if ure in e mood for pizzas . Those giant capers was awesome , but there was simply too much cream on top the bread , overwhelming everything else on the toast .

Loved this dish! The scallops were well-seasoned and not at all rubbery. The tomato cream sauce was rich without being too heavy, and the radish slices added a refreshing crunch. Pasta could’ve been a little more al dente for my liking, but overall still satisfying.

Would return just for this!

The plating was gorgeous, and the portion generous. The seabass fillet was nicely cooked with crispy skin, though I personally wished the skin was just a touch more salted to bring out the flavour.

The added pieces of deep fried fish skin were unnecessary to me. Plus, it was not crispy.

The asparagus was a great pairing—tender and fresh. The sauce had red pepper taste and more abundant than past reviews suggested (a win for pepper lovers!), but as someone who isn’t big on pepper, the strong infusion wasn’t to my taste.

Caviar was alright—adds a nice touch visually, but don’t expect high-grade quality. Overall, a decent dish if you enjoy pepper-forward sauces.

No frills eatery close to Funan offering noodles in a wide variety of broths. I got the Rice Noodles in Tomato Broth with Ham Sausage ($9.80). Soup was flavourful, noodles were well done, and there were lots of veges in the soup. Do remember to ask for their chilli oil for an extra oomph. Overall, a nice meal in a comfy environment with friendly staff. Even better, they only charge 5% service charge!

A citrusy, thirst-quenching blend of lemon and kumquat, delivering a bright, tangy kick. Refreshing and lightly sweet, it’s the perfect cool-down drink with a balanced zing.

A soothing and calming dessert that delivers a sweet, cooling finish to the meal. Light and refreshing, it’s the kind of palate cleanser that gently wraps up a flavour-packed spread without weighing you down.

Chewy squid rolls packed with bold garlicky flavour and a moderate heat that lingers just enough. The standout is the generous sprinkle of BBQ-style spice powder, adding a smoky, umami kick that clings to each bite. Aromatic, punchy, and perfect with rice or a cold drink on the side. The white rice was slightly sticky, soft and clumpy enough to hold together, though it may not appeal to those who prefer their grains fluffier and more distinct.

A comforting take on the classic, with a meaty, savoury sauce that leans toward a milder, locally-adapted spice level. The tofu is wonderfully soft and silky, making it easy to slurp and highly tastisfying in texture. While the overall flavour feels slightly toned down compared to traditional Sichuan versions, it still pairs well with rice for a hearty, balanced bite.

A refreshing cold starter that helps awaken the palate. The spinach is light yet flavourful, with a vinegary tang and pronounced saltiness that leans slightly more toward the savoury side. The addition of peanuts adds subtle nuttiness and a soft crunch, rounding out the texture and lifting the overall balance.

Chinese dishes from across China converge at Suhang Xiangban, offering a refined yet localised experience. Flavours are adjusted to suit local palates, with less intense spice, milder richness, and a smoother balance. The fusion retains its essence while making it approachable for diners seeking a gentler take on traditional boldness.
