Ughh. This is the richest sandwich I've ever tasted. Foie gras spread made creamier and tastier with bechamel and gruyere. I died and gone to heaven.

The pasta was classic, mushrooms and prosciutto in cream. Infused with truffle oil. Simple yet decadent at the same time.

The club had pancetta, chicken salad made from roasted organic chicken, and lobster and prawn salad. The house made mayonnaise is truffle oil infused.
