Simple and tender with garlic.

Deeply flavored shanks slow cooked in tomato sauce. I expected bulalo with utak though.

Now this is the biggest steal from them all!!! Grilled Norwegian salmon fillet in lemon, butter and caper sauce.

How can you go wrong with anything with w ild mushroom and truffle cream? With parmesan cheese shavings? Ughh. You can if you're on a no rice diet, so I was only able to have a bite of this luscious dish.

The smokiness of the sausage really flavored the tomato sauce well. It was lacking the piece of bread so we can wipe the remaining sauce ofd the plate.

So thin, you can roll it! It also makes it a lot less dense than regular pizza, so you don't feel super full and unable to move after eating. Tabarines had the right combination of toppings. Tomato, mozzarella, pepperoni, anchovy, black olives, bell pepper. Not to mention they give you a supply of alfalfa sprouts and arugula to go with the pizza, much like a panizza does.

Now this is a mean margarita. You won't taste the tequila much, since the strawberry masks the alcohol, but you definitely feel it creeping in. :-D

I'd expect a little warmth on the tortillas. Sadly, it wasn't. The chicken was grilled with a little charred pieces, making it meatier but since the vegetables counter the taste, the meat and sauce should have been packed with more flavor.

For the hungry, growing kids out there. Rice, beans, chips, salsas and sauces, plus a chunk of pork carnitas.

We still had leftover ampalaya in black bean sauce and steamed book choy with garlic. I steed some hofan noodles and sautéed some Chinese sausage. Added the leftover veggie, seasoned a bit, and wala! Leftover veggies make a savory noodle dish! Fried some spring rolls and I have a full lunch!

Although pouched, the lettuce was still crunchy. This is something we really enjoyed. Simple, yet just full of flavor.
