Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet Sweet and sour, when done right, is my favorite. It was just okay for me, but that's all because of me. The fish had too much breading for my preference, and the sauce was a tad too sweet, and I want the veggies crisper. But of course, if you prefer more sweet than sour, then this is perfect.
