Chanced upon this place, great place for dinner and lunch. It’s authentic, delicious and has that home cooked feel. It’s just a pity that the guy running it has a perpetual shit face and doesn’t smile.
Medium grilled. Tender and juicy, served with all the right sauces garnishes. Too busy eating to notice the garnishes.

To my delight, I discovered Rasa Bojun (stall #01-280) today when I joined @instasg X @lifetimeasia and @dbsbank’s hawker food trail. They specialise in Sri Lankan food and this Prawn Rice Set ($6.50) was what I chose. If you are after a very filling meal and like prawns, you should consider this because the mountain of rice comes with three large prawns cooked in a sweetish spicy paste and an assortment of mild-tasting dhals.
An excellent first choice for new comers to this joint that serves fragrant coffee brew. The soba was washed with sweet sauce - slightly too much in my opinion - but the salmon was done right and it was well garnished with pine nuts and seaweed.
This stall opens pretty early apt for a hearty breakfast. Level 2 .

I find the Truffle Wanton Noodle ($6/$8) fares much better than the original wanton noodle partly because of the truffle aroma. The truffle oil may have lubricated the texture of the noodles, so it was not as dry as the original version. I think it has potential to be an excellent bowl of wanton noodle but it needs to work on its char siew and wanton.
