Man like me can survive on bread, with soup and butter, and jam and olive oil vinaigrette. Oh boy!!

Although you can order smaller portions of their signature suckling pig (also known as "Babi Guling Spanyol"), I recommend you wait till you gather enough family/friends to indulge in the whole pig together. Marinated in sherry, white wine, vinegar and herbs before being slow-roasted for more than 6 hours, the pork seems more tender and juicy when it's served whole. Perhaps it's because the juices are sealed in till they cut it up table-side. Part of the fun is watching the waiter use a plate to do this. The deep golden-brown crisp skin simply shatters under the plate's edge, while the tender meat falls apart just as easily as it is portioned out.
