Lunch! (: a red bell pepper stuffed with green lentils, tofu, minced ginger, tumeric and pepper. Topped with nutritional yeast and 1 tsp flax oil. Then baked in the oven! Added raisins, pine nuts and more pepper on top. On a bed of cos lettuce and mushrooms (: was in the mood to make something complex because tmr's the last test! then it's the hols ^-^
