γ EARL GREY LOLLIES S$16 γnot quite a lollipop or a popsicle, it's like a mousse pudding made up of earl grey lolly (love the significant Earl grey π), vanilla foam, raspberry dust, crushed pistachios and sea salt caramel Marcona almonds.
From Paddy Hills at 38 South Buona Vista Road. Air-fried Cauliflower Florets that are crisp and seasoned in paprika salt for a savoury flavour. Masala Yogurt dip gave it a sweet tang.
Paddy Hills has an eclectic menu of comforting egg dishes for either breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will be surprised to find sous vide eggs in over 8 dishes, one of which is the braised lamb balls with crumbled feta, croutons, and sous vide egg on the night time menu is good for sharing.
You have probably tried pork, chicken and beef balls everywhere, but it's quite rare to find lamb balls around in Singapore. The only worry is how the kitchen team going to manage with the laborious preparation and orders.
Not just a pretty pancake but tasty as well! It was a single, thick pancake that was deliciously fluffy and sprinkled with edible flowers. A cafe that I would love to come back to! πππππ
Super fresh and awesome! The noodles are also super chewy! One of my favourite dish from paddy hills. Gonna go head over soon for their dinner menu the next time round
fork tender pig knuckle for dinner at the very humble outfit, currywok. well balanced fatty bits and soft meat makes the dish highly enjoyable without being queasy. just be careful with the rice intake. potential rice thief here. lol. seen with chap chye ($9) and ngoh hiang ($10)
One of the things that Hanare does well is bara chirashi and it shows. Mounds of fresh succulent sashimi slathered on top of steaming hot rice and freshly grated wasabi. All for less than 20? Add to the mix a kitschy throwback to a 80s buffet line that somehow grows on you and you will have one of the best value for money chirashi don anywhere.

Certified by my dad (old HK foodie) and @eileenongxt. Even though they had been there for so many years, they still remained a very low profit. A true hidden gem!! πππ

Don't know why I've been having such insatiable cravings for sushi lately. Especially after gyming, I find myself longing for the cool touch of a buttery slice of salmon belly against my tongue and the soft, buoyant bite of vinegar-tinged Japanese rice between my teeth.
But no sushi for me tonight, so I can only make do with the delicious memory of this maki roll comprising cream cheese and avocado tightly encircled by rice, seaweed, and thin blankets of salmon belly. The thought of that spicy mentaiko mayo dressing is making my mouth water!
Super shiok, slippery mee tai mak with savoury sauce, crunchy cut long beans and a half boiled egg!
