Good traditional and rustic teochew food. Ordered pig trotter jelly, oysters omelette, crispy chicken skin with sotong paste, prawn paste chicken, fish maw soup and orh née. Favorite was the oyster omelette and chicken skin with sotong paste. Both not commonly found.

Visited cupping room whenever I am in HK for my daily cup of joe. Glad to know when they are opening up in SG. Came early to grab breakfast and coffee. They are famous for Geisha in HK, here they carry geisha as well but the range is not as wide. Coffee was served in a tall ceramic cup which helped with the aromas. Long fermentation with the cherry brought jam, cognac aromas while finish was persistent and firm. Well balance and elegant cup with an intense flavor.
