Plump and meaty eel with subtle flavor. Suitable for people who dont like regular unagi with sweet sauce.
My all time favourite sushi place. Price is super affordable for the quality of sushi. The service is good too.
Single scoop ($4.70) with thyme cone (+$1)
Double scoop ($7.70) with thyme cone (+$1)
Finally tried this and now i understand the hype of it. This has to be one of the best gelato i’ve had in Singapore. My favourite is the sea salt houjicha. I reccomend anyone who visit this place to get the geloto with thyme cone.
One of the better english breakfast i’ve eaten. The eggs is done perfectly with runny egg yolk. The mushrooms have a herby smoky taste. The baked beans werent canned baked beans it tasted like tomato spaghetti. The place doesnt have service charge.
Kohaku tendon never disappoints. Seasonal tendon includes snow crab, monkfish liver, ikura, cod roe & fishcake, prawn, king crab stick, dory fish and squid all fried in seaweed batter. Every bite gives off a slight seaweed scent. My favourite ingredient has to be the monkfish liver.
First time trying this after seeing it everywhere online and it lives up to the hype. Wasnt expecting much but the creamy yet spicy cream based noodles was delicious. A fusion between jjampong and rosé spaghetti was unexpectedly a good match. Used burrple beyond 1 for 1 which makes is only ~$15 per pax
Suitable for ppl who enjoys a meatier and less smoky unagi. Slighty on the pricier side. Overall its good but it doesnt impress
2nd time back at this cafe, it’s a decent cafe for all day breakfast and coffee in town. Used burrple beyond to get 1 for 1 mains which makes it very affordable. Would visit again if in the vicinity but wouldnt specially make the trip down.
Minimalistic/nordic interior with well presented food is every instagram user’s dream. The open faced toasts tasted decent as well. The mocha is the commendable one, very rich and with right amount of sweetness
The eggs was cheesy and half cooked making it very creamy and tasty. Berries butter on the sourdough was special. Other than thats its pretty standard
One of the best brunch i’ve had in a while. The sweet and savoury sauce pairs perfectly with the flowy gooey eggyolk. Caramelised onions and portobello adds an extra sweetness and fragrance.
Comes with brisket, pulled pork, pork belly, pork ribs, sausage, bun, pickled cucumber and side of choice(coleslaw). The meat is done right with right amount of smokiness and tenderness. A good variety of sauce goes well with the meat
