Sashimi portion was small (scoop-sized) and they don’t taste fresh. Sashimi was rather chewy and the tuna was kind of stale. The rice was decent. The saving grace was probably the added touch of cheese flakes along with the onsen egg. Noticed that they serve really good quality bowls which are sturdy and microwaveable, probably at the expense of the food quality. 🙊

Coconut isn't as sweet as the original but I still prefer the latter. Flavor kind of clash especially when you have it with cookie sauce. Now that @jasminepikapi pointed out, she really gave me a pool of cookie sauce. ❤️🍪 *$1 off coconut flavor, till 31st December!

The sauce wasn't too salty nor too heavy on the palate. Soft shell crab was crispy, not-oily but just a little salty.

Ravioli tasted decent. Couldn't really taste salmon. I personally did not like the cream sauce as it tasted somewhat like lemon and herb sauce, with a hint of sour flavor towards the end.

Of which, I've selected the potato salad and garden vegetables. Tasted similar to Aston, for a moment I really thought I was in their outlet! Tasted exactly like llaollao! Didn't melt as fast as the first experience at PS. Selected the usual cookie sauce, white chocolate biscuits but this time round, with cookie biscuit. TBH, the cookies taste pretty normal though.

Huge chunks of marinated Sashimi that wasn't too salty. Wondered why the prawn is fully cooked rather than raw. The remaining menu was tad expensive, sushi sold in 2 pieces cost at least $4. 2 pieces of Tamago mentaiyaki sushi for $6? No way man.

Currently, Yole offers a seasonal special of strawberry which I find it slightly too sweet for my liking. Froyo melts tad fast, probably due to insufficient freezing time since customers were coming non-stop. Glad that they still offer the cookie sauce but realised that their sauce was rather watery. Opted for DURIAN topping, tad weird I swear. Strong, butter flavor, along with the cookie sauce and strawberry base, my tastebuds felt haywired. Nice attempt to introduce new toppings but clearly a mistake.

Didn't know they revamped their menu again. At the same time, prices of some old the old items were hiked. Dishes came out to be of good quality though. Pumpkin mash served cold was sweet and refreshing, but the ninja rice was merely a mixed of brown rice and Japanese grain. The highlight was the pulled-beef tenderloin that was surprisingly soft and flavourful, just that it's slightly salty. Portion was decent, definitely too small if the carbs weren't added.

Though you can't see the slaughtering of eels in this new outlet, but you can still witness the grilling process. Unagi came outside pipping hot with a layer of glistering unagi sauce! Unagi was perfectly grilled forming a layer of crispiness on its surface yet its not burnt! Spilt the dish into 3 portions and eat them in different styles! I personally prefer the original, cause it's that good! 👍

Hitsumabushi ($29.50+) - Smaller portion but it's essentially the same thing. Just go for the large one!
