Ordered the Shin Osaka bowl from Shinkansen at United Square. The chicken came to me not well cooked. Only half cooked... So I returned it to ask for it to be cooked thoroughly... After 3 minutes or so it was served to me in this state... Still not well cooked... So I didn't bother to ask for it to be cooked again as I was very displeased with the attitude of its chef... He should have ensure the chicken was properly cooked before serving it to me... It just shows how Bo chap he is. Please Burpple have this post shared... Eating uncooked chicken can lead to contamination... I don't want others to have same experience as me... Worse if this is served to a kid... Omg!!

Ham+egg+shrimp fried rice my fave! The Han's at novena square does it nicely. Not all branches does it well.
I love this dish that's is supposed to be a confinement dish.. Love it especially with lots of black vinegar.

French toast...my most loved breakfast item. Today I had peanut butter toast and cheese toast. The cheese toast and kaya went so well together. Sweet and savory just my kind of thing. Yummy!! πππ
Truffle fries 9/10, Buttermilk waffles 9/10, Sausages and hash 7.5/10, Cappuccino 7/10 and Ice mocha 6.5/10. The food is good especially the waffles! The coffee is mediocre. Will be back when I need a waffle fix!
Saw Dixon's post and here I am! Still as good as it was at upper Thomson! Yummy!! Had 2 servings of the grainy and fragrant rice with lots of sweet sambal chilli! No regrets for the carbo overload! Simply worth it!
