Served atop dry ice, the ๐—ฆ๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐˜ & ๐—ฆ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ฃ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ ๐—š๐—ฒ๐—บ๐˜€ was a visual spectacle. But it tasted even better than it looked, as the crunchy pork nuggets accompanied by cucumber and pineapple chunks were stunningly scrumptious.

We also loved the fluffy grains and smokey aroma of the ๐—ช๐—ผ๐—ธ ๐—›๐—ฒ๐—ถ ๐—™๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ฅ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐˜„๐—ถ๐˜๐—ต ๐—ฅ๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ฃ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ ๐—–๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜€.

I highly recommend the ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฑ ๐—–๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฟ๐˜† ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฎ. Springy noodles and crunchy prawns were submerged in rich, spicy curry and topped with a molten egg yolk. Mixing everything together resulted in a magnificent medley.

For the ๐—–๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ฅ๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜ ๐——๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐—ธ, we picked the Dang Gui (Chinese Angelica root) sauce. Emitting a herbaceous fragrance, the tender duck was exceptional.

Supremely succulent and sporting a lovely charred skin, the ๐—–๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜‡๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—–๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ฟ ๐—ฆ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜„ is peerless. Likewise, the ๐—–๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ธ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฅ๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ฃ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ delighted with its super crispy skin.

Fook Kin is famed for its roasted meats, but I had no idea its other dishes tasted so good as well. On my recent visit, I was really impressed with every single dish.

But my favourite dish turned out to be the ๐—ฆ๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ป๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—–๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐˜† ๐—ข๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜๐—ฒ. You can choose to get it with chicken, pork beef, prawns, or simply plain. We ordered the prawns, but they were the supporting act here as the egg was unimaginably crispy and fluffy. Itโ€™s hard to believe a simple omelette was my top pick, but itโ€™s really that good.

Another popular dish was the ๐—š๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฐ ๐—ฃ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฃ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ. Sensationally seasoned and captivatingly crispy, these strips of pork proved to be highly addictive.

Featuring a sour, less spicy broth and thick, succulent slices of fish, the ๐—ง๐—ผ๐—บ ๐—ž๐—ฎ (๐—™๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต) was impeccable.
