Unlike the usual ramen, the noodles used here are much thicker. The texture is good but personally I prefer thin noodles 🥢
Tried the Nikumori Spicy Rich Miso Ramen - a chicken soup stock mix with spicy miso. The flavour is not as strong as a pork soup stock, but still tasty & definitely spicy 🌶
Plus, chicken soup base for ramen is not very common in Singapore I think. So do give it a try. Non-spicy version is available 🐔

It's fluffy. It's wobbly. It's 4cm thick. It's the Gram Cafe & Pancakes' Premium Pancakes which will be available in SG starting 16 June! 🎉
