Here's some of my favs:

1. Prawn Olio Olio 🌶
This looks pretty & harmless, but the spicy dressing (made of sichuan peppercorn & garlic) is rly no joke. Mala-licious!

2. Supremo Porky Marinara 🐷
Made with charcoal activated powder, the spaghetti is cooked with smoky marinara sauce & top with a huge beef-pork-water chestnut meatball. Shiok!

3. Carbonara 🍄
It's named carbonara, but actually tasted more like cream of mushroom. Super creamy. I like.

Other sides & dessert - grain-fed fatty wagyu, fried chicken skin, stuff on bread & pistachio creme are really yummy as well. Good for sharing 👍

Tried the Braised Pork Belly with Bamboo Noodles - the meat is pretty well flavoured while the noodles has good texture. A simple, home cooked meal 🏡

@Yunnans has over 150 outlets in China, serving yun nan cuisine. Among all the dishes tt I've tried, here's my top 3 fav ❤

1. Steam Pot Chicken Soup 云海肴汽锅鸡 ($23.90) 🐔

This soup is brewed using a special method where the chicken is pressure-steamed for 3 hrs.

It's a clear soup but super flavourful. Only 108 pots are available daily!

2. Grilled Seabass with Lemongrass 泰味香茅草烤鲈鱼 ($22.90) 🐟

Marinated with 6 types of spices & grilled over charcoal with generous amt of inhouse chilli seasoning mix, the seabass is nicely charred & loaded with flavour. Love it!

3. Poached Pork Collar with Pickled Chillies 腌菜松板肉 ($16.90) 🐷

Super tender pork collar poached in appetizing spicy-sourish broth. 真是太开胃了!

Hmmm 🤔

For this 36 Hours Cooked Pork Belly @hungerskitchenbyarome, it was being cooked till tender & served with vegetable ragout 🐷

It is flavourful, but wld prefer it to be more savoury. At $14.90, it's pretty value for money 👍

If you do drop by #hungerskitchenbyarome, do give the confit salmon a try. Lightly seasoned & amazingly tender. Super love ❤
