Oolong with fresh milk and butterfly pea pearls. Verdict: oolong was very light on palate and butterfly pea was squishy and a tad sweet IMO.

At $5 and with a generous spread of avocado and sprinkles of cheese, I must say I am pretty satisfied with this! A very quiet cafe with the usual range of lattes and coffee. I also tried their Mocha ($5). It was very good! Will definitely be back to scour their menu items and try them 😁

It was a very spacious boutique with a small corner meant for having small bites of dessert and beverages. It felt really weird to be paying on a tipping basis as they do not put a price. Anyways, the latte was very good, slightly with bitter afternotes. The service was quite warm.

Wow! Finally, churros made right! Outside is not burnt but golden brown. Crunchy yet slightly moist inside. Totally scrumptious. The chocolate sauce was also a bittersweet symphony of decadence. This restaurant not only serves up good grubs, they have wonderful service too!

The waffles were of the right bite. The orange mustard maple syrup sauce was spectacular! The duck was moist and tender. If only there were more of that arugula then it would be the perfect dish of the month for me 🤣 What a lip smacking and fulfilling lunch! Filled with gratitude and quacking with delight now 😁

At $8 (single), it's rather on the pricey side given the half of a cute sized boiled egg and perhaps 1/4 of a smashed avocado and a pinch of cheese, melted. Having said that, it's very standard cafe price so I ain't complaining. (We pay for the trendy cafe experience and ambience IMO). Also, it was delicious actually. Place accepts NETs and no GST or service charge 😃

Latte was very nice with a slightly nutty profile. Served in a very artisanal local made coffee cup. This trending cafe - shop certainly looks very bright and cheery with its all-glass front and simple furnishings. Unfortunately, when I came here in the morning, there were some serious renovations drilling going on in the neighbouring unit. Oh well...the delicious latte and friendly service made up for that!

This pizza at $11.80 with a mini side of yoghurt, is on the pricey side IMO. Taste was ok, a little peppery. The crust was croissant-like. I'd give it a 3/5 on a scale of yummy-ness.

Ooh... that cute little heart and that simple bronze cup...latte is heavenly and dreamy. The ambience is great here and service is tops! I can easily down 2 cups of this 😀

The Mad Sailors has this "Meal Deals" option where the Easy Peasy Linguine dish went for $15 and the Cod Fish and Chips; $16, including a drink each. The linguine was ok, nothing memorable. The Fish and Chips were a hit and a miss 'cause the batter was scrumptious and fish moist and juicy but overall a tad tasteless. The chips were legit and quite Bri-ish!

My daughter freaked out seeing the dish with claws and all. In all honesty, it hurt to eat the crabs at times due to the shell. The dish was a 3/5 IMO because it was slightly on the tasteless side and could do with a wee bit more of seasoning. The sauce was nothing special it was tartar.

The failed latte art aside, this was quite a pleasant cuppy. The slightly acidic and robust notes married well with the creamy and well foamed milk. Satisfying...Caffeine check box for the day: Ticked!
