The dorayaki pancake is soft and fluffy, filled with generous amount of red bean paste filling. The dorayaki have perfect amount of sweetness. It's surprisingly very yummy, later that i know that the chefs are the artisans chefs from Toraya Japan, flown specially to Singapore for this pop up cafe.

Sticky chewy chocolate ice cream with coco rice pops ,drenched with cold fudge, topped with "turkey drum" made of sticky chewy ice cream.
Very thick chocolate ice cream, the cold chocolate fudge make it even more sticky and chewy. The turkey drum stick looks identical with the real one; crunchy chocolate as the skin, chocolate ice cream as the turkey meat and chocolate roll as the bone.

Very smooth gelato texture with strong orange and spice flavor.

Crunchy on the outside soft on the inside waffle topped with pannetone gelato and vanilla sauce. Served with 2 gelato choux puffs and espresso. Additional S$1 to change the espresso to chamomile tea. This is so far the best waffles and ice cream I've ever had.
