Muji cafe has the most affordable, healthy and delicious meals in Tokyo. My Japanese friend recommended me and I love it so much! The cafe also offer pastries and sells teas as well.
Our air bnb host took up to an awesome popular cafe in Jiyugaoka. The pancakes were crazy fluffy.
