Shukuu Izakaya nails the cosy izakaya experience with warm lighting and a relaxed setting that encourages sharing and lingering over food. The Kani Gratin impressed with its creamy texture and generous crab meat, baked to a golden finish without feeling too heavy. The Chikuwa Chizu no Isobeage was light and crisp, with a satisfying chew and subtle cheesiness that made it surprisingly addictive.

Comforting Japanese flavours, well executed dishes, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back for more.

The restaurant itself was really cosy. Service was really fantastic, we really felt welcome. Food was well cooked and the mocktails looked really pretty. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to have a chill and relaxed time. Price was affordable too at around $25-$30/pax
