A hidden gem in the East to ease ur chicken rice cravings! But be prepare to join the long snaking Q as you walk towards the basement Coffeeshop, and the wait can be approx 45mins to 1 hr during meal time or weekend. A plate of 1 pax chicken rice cost $5 with free flow of self-serving ah-cha. The chicken meat serving is quite huge, the meat are in in chunks and not smashed thinly with the chopper.. I really dislike Hawker smashing those meat. There’s also fried garlic on top of these chicken which adds more flavours to it! Middle Eastern Culinary Experience at Kazbar, Capital Sq! We had a variety of food for sharing... Chicken and minced lamb kebab with rice was yummy!! Both chicken and minced lamb were well marinated and charcoal grilled! Hummus (3rd pic) were made from chickpeas, perfect dip for Pita Bread! Falafel (4th pic) was made from chickpea coriander patties and tahini sauce, its superb delicious!! My first time eating and so like it!! It was popping hot, deep fried and yet not too oily.
