Australian Beef Tenderloin Cube - Wok Fried with onion, Bell Pepper & Garlic in Black Pepper sauce! The diced beef is very tender and well-infused with black pepper sauce, taste of onion, garlic! Its also has that wok-fried taste which I love!! Most importantly it has Seared Foie Gras too!! Foie Gras just melts in your mouth and it totally soaked up with Black Pepper Flavors! I love how this unique, interesting name caught my attention, my love for Kaya and Baked Alaska! Pretty nice and something different than the usual chocolate lava cake. Torched burnt corners taste so yummmms, I wish there were more... Coconut cake, Pandan Ice cream, coconut sorbet just brings out the Kaya flavour even more! Coffee Crumble on the side helps to neutralise your taste bud.. Definitely one of the To-Try Dessert for all Kaya lovers!! Its an European Contemporary Cuisine Fine Dining Restaurant which was awarded 1 Michelin ⭐️ in 2017! They have an affordable-priced 3 Course Lunch Menu for only $39++/pax on weekdays, how fantastic is that!! Each dish is the fusion of pure passion, uses fresh ingredients and the utmost in quality! Mine’s top row, and Hubby’s last row.
All I could says is, everything taste so fantastic and heavenly delicious, they truly deserve the Michelin!! Our complimentary starter was their unique, soft, fragrant homemade bread served on Coffee Beans! My Hokkaido Scallop is so fresh, smooth and just melts in your mouth! Chilean Seabass was Pan-seared crispy on the outside but super soft on the inside! It’s even more flavourful with the Mushroom Ragout and Yuzu Butter! His Crispy Tofu is such a simple dish but it taste so amazingly awesome! Tofu is fried with smooth and soft texture in the inside, topped with wild mushroom and black garlic. Together with Foie Gras Emulsion, it’s so heavenly yummy! His Boston Lobster is their Signature Main! It’s Angel Hair with Hijiki Seaweed and Broccoli. You need to try it yourself as this is truly one of the best Angel Hair with Boston Lobster! You can’t stop eating it! We end off the 3 course lunch with Lemon. Its a very refreshing and light dessert. It has Umeshu, lavender and Mint. We really enjoyed their lunch menu, it’s so good and we can’t wait to be back soon again to try their other dishes!

Wow, we love that pouring of alcohol and that 🔥🔥 right in front of your eyes!! They also torched those thinly sliced Hokkaido beef stacked on Japanese rice and 2 special inhouse sauces, topped with egg yolk🍳 in front of you before your collection. What an experience! I still can’t get over of that awesome Wagyu I had couple weeks ago at CUT by Wolfgang Puck at MBS - Awarded 1 Michelin Stars ⭐️🎖 We ordered the American Wagyu, Snake River Farms, Idaho - New York Sirloin 230g ($160) Medium Rare for sharing! It’s such a nice gesture of them to split into 2 for us! Pic seen is my portion, half of 230g. I’m such a picky beef eater and this is truly so awesome!!! Beef is so well-controlled cook, with rusty burnt edges and medium rare inside! Super flavourful, juicy and tender! Beef is not too fatty not dry, it’s perrrfectt! There isn’t any veins or hardy parts which we can’t chew on and portion is just nice for 2 to share. We love their small intestine, pork liver, fried beancurd skin, pork ribs, enoki mushroom, fish maw! The broth has a great balance of pepper and light herbal taste, it’s so unique that you get hooked to it! You only get to refill once so drink it sparely!
