Congee was alright. The beef hotpot was pleasantly surprising yummy!!!! Very smooth n thick broth w lots of ingredients inside as well. 1 of my new fav to go back to eat again.
Fromage: Cambozola cheese, Rum fruits, kinaki streusel
Marronnier: Chestnut, Red fruits, Cassis
Very enjoyable desserts as they have many diff layers of tast to explore
Eggplant w Lamb kebab: tasty, a change of taste from our usual food~
Salted egg bacon Carbonara: the salted egg flavour is v mild, but overall taste is ok
Truffle portobello mushroom pizza: thin crust w lots of mushroom, the truffle taste is not overpowering as well
Cheese brulee: a cross of brulee and cheesecake
Top: Anago (saltwater eel) + pork cutlet
Bottom: Unagi (freshwater eel) + teriyaki chicken
Still prefer the Unagi than the anago. they live up to their name for deep fried items, the pork cutlet batter is very think n very crispy!! They give huge amt(tower) of the salad as well
Hybrid of a Croissant & Waffle: Very light n fluffy base unlike the traditional waffle, love it!!!🥰 Texture of croissant but looks of a waffle~ Cream cheese has that right texture and taste as well.
In house flavors of ice cream, surprisingly nice as much as it looks. Not heavy as well. Worth the try!
Besides the slow wait(though there were less than 3groups), the food n dessert were consider expensive (pancake almost $20) and the taste was average only...
Love the sinful pancake which is not too heavy as well. Cheese comes w condensed milk, choc classic comes w choc bits n nuts
The main body of the creme brulee is full of cempedak flavour, top up w real fruit bits on top, very WOW factor!! Totally not sweet like the traditional creme brulee~~
Mentaiko Mac n cheese: advise to share, too sinfully filled w mentaiko n cheese. Flavours are addictive:)
A twist of flavour w hojicha powder on the side plus the inside of the dessert. Taste is better than I thought as well.
Wild mushrooms risotto-lots of mushrooms w truffle, risotto is not hard as well!
Duck confit- w hazelnut, spinach, lemon zest n masala cream. Very unique taste
Apple crumble- Fossilized apple, Greek yogurt n vanilla ice cream. The BEST real apple dessert ever~
