Cafés are not just about coffee. It's where you can sit down, unwind, have a good conversation and pamper yourself with some shopping. Made by Lauren Jasmine, I think, is a perfect cafe in every way.

Gotta love the cafe with great desserts. Gotta love them more when they serve colourful Rainbow Cheesecake in the Gloomy haze. Perfect finish to the breakfast platter and iced tea combo. Going to go back to try the booth made from old car next time.

I can share the picture of the coffee and tell you how good it tastes, but I'd rather share this picture with the 'Life is too short for bad coffee' wall. When you go to cafe that has such a bold wall, you know you are at the right place.

Yes, you have probably been to Cedele a lot of times and yes you have probably tried all their coffees and sandwiches. But next time you cross the shop, stop for their delightful Lemon Meringue ($5) and thank me later.

Walked over across the road for some early morning tea and a happy start. With $6 Camomile and Ginger tea pots, we are ready to start the weekend

Had piping hot Masala Tea and delicious Samosas ($6.50) after ages and it transported me back to India. Gotta congraulate Chaiholics not just for the fine tea selection (they even serve Railway Chai) but also their tea trader style decor. They sure take their tea very seriously.

Oh I would visit this cafe again just for the ambience but there are so many critically acclaimed teas to try! Ordered Lychee tea ($8) for myself & Cinnamon milk tea ($9) for the husband. No disappointments there. The Creme brulee ($15) with the fine texture and flavor is a must try.

Been excited about this place since I saw the coming soon sign. Finally got a chance to visit this spacious café in the heart of CBD. Loved the Olive Rose Petal Muffin ($5.5) but wish the coffee was a little stronger. I am going to visit this friendly cafe again at the earliest.

If small things can make you smile, the tea leaf float dip is for you. Makes the cup look like a flower pot, makes the experience more pleasant. And love the tea at $5.5. Sigh!

The latte at CBTL has always been refreshing, but the cakes always disappointing. This mango-passionfruit cheesecake looked so yummy on the shelf. If only it tasted as good. Have had poor raspberry cheesecake and chocolate muffin before too. CBTL is now only takeaway coffee place for me.
