Had to be creative with the 3kg of of drumsticks I bought from my recent trip to Sydney. Free range chicken are definitely more firm & flavorful.

This time the highlight was the chinese style Roast Pork #燒肉 and a veg medley of sweet capsicum & pumpkin. Even the homegrown Sweet Basil has a tinge of lemongrass flavor when you chew on the leaves.
The Roast Pork is so tenderlicious, melt-in-mouth with a nice crusty top.
And the Salted Egg Yolk Prawns were to die for. Not forgetting the crispy oven baked Kale, Cheese varieties, Bread & Butter Pudding & the special salad with yellow carrots!
