This week's weekend roast is the Steak w Yorkshire pudding! Steak was nice & pink in the middle but a tad tough that required a bit of a jaw workout. I loved the Yorkshire pudding that contained the brown peppery steak sauce inside it as well. Overall a very beautiful & hearty plate! 🤤
