Had to try this limited time only chili crab XLB that's 10% bigger than normal XLB & have a lot more zhup! It's only valid till the 31st Aug 2018 for the National bday month. Love that there's visible crab meat topped on the usual pork meat in the bao & they're not lying about the zhup! Like true chili crab sauce, it is not overpowering spicy & is subtle sweet that's suitable for kids too. I would say it's definitely worth the try & a great creation done well! Almost like having 2 dishes in 1. Hurry try it before the month is over! ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ฌ

You can choose your sauce to be Extra Sweet, Extra Spicy or Original. Don't be mistaken, this is not a stew! It's tteokbokki sauce so it's not made for drinking hence its thicker & more flavorful. The pot was packed full of ingredients: Long tteok, glass noodles, shredded green onions, Ramyun, Fried Mandu & ribbons of Beef Briskets! โค๏ธโค๏ธ This dish would be perfect for a rainy day. The sauce was concocted perfectly, with the right balance of heat & sweetness! I really liked the tteok & service staff was very attentive. They made sure to help us stirr the tteok & notified us once it's ready to be consumed! Add an extra $4 for cheese waterfall! Portion is great for 3-4 pax. I'd advise you to get more stomachs if u wanna order other side dishes! ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
์ ๋ง๋~!! ๐ Freshly steamed, piping hot, generously stuffed giant dumplings! 3 of these giant pillows is enuff to fill me up! I personally preferred the Meat Mandu over the Kimchi Mandu as I'm able to taste the flavors of the meat & veggies better without the taste of Kimchi interfering.
A common street dish in Korea but uncommon in Singapore. Steamed blood sausage stuffed w glass noodles & slices of liver. I'm a big fan of sundae & this was pretty yummy! Would have loved it more if the sausages & liver was freshly steamed & piping hot. Felt like they were left sitting for awhile as they weren't steaming & had cooled that resulted in the liver being dry & hard. Have the sundae w the pink salt! ๐
The fried oysters were really yummy, well breaded, crispy & umami! ๐๐ป The ebi fry on the other hand did not fare as well & can probably skip it on the buffet spread.
Tender, sweet thinly-sliced Wagyu Beef w a creamy yolk! Mix them all tgr & devour it as the creamy yolk coats the fresh meat ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฆ
Salmon sashimi was fresh, sweet & thickly sliced! They were definitely not miser about giving free-flow fish! Tako wasabi was really yummy too! Nice crunch, fresh & brings a good kick of wasabi.
We ordered 3 different cuts of beef & they were nice enough to place them in a platter! Consisted of Wagyu Beef Short Rib, Wagyu Beef Rib Intercostal & Wagyu Beef Rib Eye Cap. My fav was definitely the Short Ribs! It was the most tender cut of all 3 & had a really nice buttery taste. The marbling on the meats were so pretty & glistened like red ruby slabs! โจโจโค๏ธโค๏ธโจโจ
I could probably eat this forever. This beef tongue is perfectly lightly seasoned w some olive oil, salt & pepper. Once grilled, it becomes this crunchy, chewy slice that explodes umami flavors! It's so easy to eat & it melts in your mouth. โค๏ธ
