A symphony of textures — crusty, buttery almond tart base, caramelised, slightly gelatinous top, and a creamy, molten centre. Quite enjoyable, sans the slightly too funky blue cheese mix that was a little pungent for me, but that’s just a personal preference.
Omg this was so delightful. Fluffy, creamy and sliiiightly sweet all in one bite! Felt like I was walking on clouds biting into this. Price tag is a little steep but good as a teatime treat once in a while.
Yummmmmy! Think lusciously thick, smooth and creamy soft serve encased in a not-too-sweet hardened liquid matcha outer shell that does not disintegrate easily. Portion is quite generous as well. Would totally be back for this if I’m around plaza sing!
A surprisingly good find! Didn’t expect much from this as Milksha doesn’t claim to specialise in Brown Sugar MT, but this one was smooth, creamy and harboured a nice roasted aftertaste! The pearls are chewy and not too cloying as well.
Delicious pork chop — grilled to a nice char and tenderness. Fried rice was rather average though, a little on the oily side. Still a nice meal to have if you’re around Beach Road.
Not bad a dish — smoky, slurpy noodz and on the wet side. Fans of the wet version Hokkien mee will enjoy this. But portion was small and we waited one hour on a slow day. Probably won’t come back, a pity!
Don’t dismiss this unassuming quiche! Made with crab meat, herbs and gruyere cheese, this pastry is a great savoury option to have here — generous amount of shredded crab with a moist, eggy base housed in a nice, buttery crust. Best served warm!
Thoroughly enjoyed this one! Made of coconut ice cream, sweet and gooey pulut hitam, fragrant kaya bread pudding (genius!) and served with a single shot of espresso to balance everything out. Felt that the overall balance in flavours was good. Would order again.
Imagine a sophisticated, upscale version (with a much more spacious dig) of The Affogato Bar housed in Cluny Court and you’ve got The Affogato Lounge! The decor here is super aesthetic and oozing with chill but semi-luxe vibes — a good place to do work at or for a post-meal dessert date.
Pictured here is the Dark Mocha, which was delicious — smooth, with just the right balance of sweet and bitter undertones. Would totally be back for another cup of this!
Superb wok hei. If you love your kway teow’s fried to smoky perfection, this one’s for you. Not too oily as well, which I really appreciate
This was one of my fave dishes here. Fresh geoduck clam, and chewy, slightly crunchy enoki mushrooms boiled and steeped in a milky, thick broth reminiscent of Beauty In The Pot’s collagen soup. Super comforting, and definitely one to remember.
