This was yummy! The combination of flavours and textures was really nice!

Would skip this, it was soft, could’ve been more roasted.

This piece of salmon doesn’t look like much, but boy was it TASTY. Literally one of the best salmons I’ve eaten, so juicy and fatty. It literally melts in your mouth.

And grilling it on cedar wood gives it such a nice smoky flavour to it.

Not your neighborhood bbq! But those legit American style bbqs, cook steak, fish, ribs, etc in a weber grill!

Was a really fun experience learning how to prepare the meats, time and cook them, and last but not least eat!

The experience center is a super nice space, you cook and eat in an air conditioned place, and they serve wine and beer. Great session for a group of friends, or for a company workshop!

Ordered xiao la, but still super super spicy.
Pretty decent hotpot, but nothing really stood out.

The interior was quite nice, best to reserve a window seat! One of the few places to get parking in Orchard, so quite convenient if you’re planning to drive.

The side dishes here are great, they have the nice fish cake here! Get the kimchi/seafood pancake and the pork belly! The steam egg here is also da bomb.

Can skip the spicy cold noodles, it’s nice but not mind blowing.

Defo get these 2 dishes as well!
The eggplant was delicious!

Would recommend:
Squid, bread, shiitake mushroom, pork!

If you’d like an extra kick of flavour, ask for the 3 spice powder (调味粉) or chili powder mix!

If you like thick and creamy sesame I think you’ll love this!
It’s so fragrant and doesn’t get too heavy.

Opt for a shot of espresso cause they go so well together, i don’t drink coffee that much, but this one is good.

It’s a really nice minimalistic place with good vibes, would come here to try the food next time.

WEW the noodles are super Q and flavourful, cooked just right. And there’s a nice mix of ingredients like prawn paste, fishball, mushrooms etc. worth for $6.50

You can also opt for the soft shell crab meepok if you’re feeling more atas $13.50

3 rose - was totally expecting a Bandung like drink but this was so much better! Not too sweet and just the right amount of floral notes

Tequila and mango (forgot the name) - this was quite unique, it’s actually really sour and spicy, so was quite the surprise. But overall still quite yummy.

With burpple beyond was very worth!

Haha that’s what the server told us 😂 hence the name of the crepe.

This was actually super delicious. It taste a lot better than it looks. The fruits were fresh, the cream was just right, the dark chocolate and cocoa nibs really shines through, and the crepe was crispy and tasty! Was definitely a pleasant surprise!

Will be back again to try their other crepes!
