This is my family's favourite SONG FA bak kut teh!

Whenever I have their bak kut teh, my face turned pink, due to the pleasant heat that warms my body. 😝 .

Their pork ribs are soft and tender, while the clear soup has a garlicky pepperish flavour. I find that the spices are not overpowering and refill of soup is a must!! I love to soak the savoury dough fritters in.

You must not miss their Braised Pork Belly, the proportion of fats and tender meat is just right. The sauce is well infused into the meat & this sauce is best mixed with rice.

One of my favourite sides is the Homemade Ngoh Hiang, in the inside, the well-marinated minced meat is moist and on the outer layer the skin is slight crispy. The kids will love this!

They changed the pork supplier and with this this fattier and more tender meat, it taste more shiok than previously. Now, even when its cold, the roast pork the skin is still solid & crispy!

Needless to say about their chilli, its still one of the best to the dip the roast pork. Hurray to those who doesn't eat chilli, their new homemade apple sauce has this tangy sweet taste that balanced out the fatness of the roast pork! .

Their newly launched menu - Beef stew has a "restaurant-standard" with the carrot and potato firm & crunchy. The beef is tender and the stew has the right thickness, really good to go with rice! You can dip in with their homemade cheesy garlic butter bread too, they put lots of garlic on it!

Their sides added another πŸ’‹ to the rating! The yummy dumplings are wrapped with pork, prawns & chestnut, small and bite size, I can just keep on having it. The thai tofu sauce is appetizing & the marinated lava eggs makes this chicken rice meal different from usual.
