It's amazing how this dish contained so many ingredients and my absolute favourite has to be the meatballs (really special in my opinion). The homely-ness somehow can be tasted in this bowl of goodness. 😋

💥 Featuring Crema Catalana from @restaurantmilagro , which is similar to its French equivalent, crème brûlée. Seriously, the flambé stole the limelight of the evening. 😏

It was really interesting to know that this was a final year project called #ComeLetsEat which was organised by 4 NTU WKW Students. Prior to the event, I knew very little about Spanish culture (besides Paella...) & through the interactions with our Spanish friends, I have learnt so much from them about the Spanish culture & cuisine. What a fruitful evening spent! 😊
