A good plate of hor fun must have "wok-hei". "Wok-hei" simply means flavor of the wok imparting to the food. This is also applies to Cantonese food dishes. Generous amount of beansprouts & fish slices. Nom!

Lunch time is the best time for each working day! Slurping up smooth thick beehoon in strong XO Fish Soup. They are really generous with their fish slices. Look! So thick! 😍

These boneless chicken stuffed with mushroom duxelle was so tender & flavorful! Towards the end, I had to remove the stuffing. Waitress told me there were no mash potatoes left, so it was replaced with gnocchi which were pretty fine to me as well along side with sautéed mushrooms.

Was greeted with a pleasant presentation. Soup was smooth with shimeiji mushrooms. It was said to have truffle cream, however to my dismay, unable to taste it or whiff it.

I am totally bias towards eggs. Served with homemade Pain de Mie toast, alongside with fluffy scrambled eggs, Paris ham, tomato fondue, mozzarella cheese and little portion of sautéed mushrooms. All these for $16.50. Tasty but not filling.

I've been eating this bowl of Wan Tan Mee since young every morning whenever I'm over at my gramps, till now I don't even know the shop's name but it's located near a famous coconut shake stall! They do taste like Pontian Noodles just that their wantans are boiled.

Finally tried lok lok! It's just the same as satay celup though, but over here you can get to choose your own sauce, sweet, satay or chili sauce.
