Food - There are cheaper lunch options, 20+ but we opted for the 8 piece sushi lunch set ($68 I think). Besides the main course (see above photo), the lunch set car with appetizers (wasabi squid, fish liver and ), unni chawamushi, ice cream. The menu has a variety of selection and is available on restaurant website. Read not-so-good reviews but our sashimi was fresh, so we love it! And they serve freshly grated wasabi!
Service - 1 Service staff and 2 chefs. All were attentive and polite. Food took some time to come.
Ambience - The decor is so-so and only two tables were filled during lunch. But I like it this way, else you will be forking much more for such quality sashimi/sushi.
Bottom line - will be back with Chope!!!

Wagyu beef slices were really tender and tomato soup was thick enough for my liking.
Noodles were hit and miss... my bowl (thick noodles) was alright but the other bowl (Kway teow like, broad noodles?) was soggy. Maybe remind the chef not to over cook? 🙈

If you are fine with the above, then you would like the place. It has a nice, chill ambience with a good variety of shakes served in a glass bottle 😉

A treat from a very nice colleague. We compared lunch and dinner menu and lunch was way more value for month (but still expensive). Ordered the lunch set and top up $20 for the steak. Love the salmon appetizer and steak! Creme brûlée portion was huge and I couldn’t finish. It came in a baked ride pasta plate size. Only complaint is that service was slow, steak took 0.5h to come even though the restaurant was rather empty.
Expect to queue half an hour as the place is really small. Ordered the lunch set - mushroom noodles with Sichuan dumplings and grapefruit thyme drink. Everything was good and it was very filling! Cost: set is $16 before tax and svc charge

Not many brunch places has rosti so that alone is a good reason to visit the place.
Drinks - Salted caramel coffee and cold pressed juice were really good too

A great CBD lunch place - under $10 so it is wallet friendly with or without burpple. We all had their char siew noodle and ordered wanton sides to share. Char siew was nicely charred and juicy, noodle is a springy and a bit to the bland side. That said, the noodles was complemented with free flow savory soup and did I mention pork lard 🤤
Only downside - Beware of the crowd
We were initially unhappy that they put us outside but turns out it was better cause the place is small and packed with lunch goers.
