a v yummy combo with pasta, lettuce, balinese chicken, charred broccoli, onsen egg and sesame mayo !!

ate at their dine in outlet few years ago! glad to say that their standard is still there. chilli crab encased in a deep fried bun.. sinful but very delightful

the other 2 flavours i chose were the salted egg chicken and bread beef which received positive feedback too

bought this in L Size which feeds 12 pax comfortably. one of the better tiramisu cakes around with the cream being fairly light and sufficient lady finger to go with it

also tried their pistachio coffee.. rich nutty taste but seems too thick for my liking

hmmm this was not too bad.. the chicken was slightly bland. i mean there’s the spicy chicken option as well so i guess that would have fared better. otherwise i think it’s an okay toastie as the sourdough bread was not bad. def not TMBH standard for sure

oh and one thing i disliked is that they left the chicken skin on and so there’s this layer of fats / jelly like thing which is a no go…

had a chance to try their banana cake, chocolate brownie and matcha black sesame cheesecake!

really enjoyed the moist banana cake. the chocolate brownie was not overly sweet and had sea salt sprinkled on top of it to balance out the sweetness. also enjoyed the slight molten chocolate inside the brownie. the matcha black sesame was really not bad. it’s not cloying and had the subtle black sesame taste.

in all honestly, i feel that the prices here are super overpriced

the beef yukjeon was super thin that i could hardly taste the beef. all i tasted were eggs.

their signature noodles were quite enjoyable paired with the perilla seed oil but the beef that came with it pales in comparison.

love it when we do not have to top up extras for fish or beef which some other stalls do

overall a hearty bowl of corn, broccoli, pickled long beans and fish on a bed of rice

the only downside is prob the lack of choices for the bases

this was also the highlight of our meal! the pistachio tiramisu was so so good… the sauce was overflowing and it’s not the diluted kind.

i personally preferred the crab mafaldine over the carbonara rigatoni. the crab pasta had a stronger taste profile which was on a saltier side. similar to lobster bisque
the carbonara could do with more ingredients

if there’s one dish you must order, this is it!! this dish is so full of wok hey and leaves you craving for more
