This KBBQ place instantly feels different from most others, simply because it feels more classy and less grungey. But if you're looking for a quieter, perhaps more romantic dinner setting, this may be it. Food-wise, we ordered the items that our server Daniel recommended, which turned out to be pretty good choices. The meats were really tasty, although the beef short ribs aren't really the cheapest. My wife loved the naengmyeon, which was chewy and yums with some mustard and vinegar. The potato cheese pancakes were nice as well, but guess it's suitable for more people cos we didn't manage to finish it. Overall, would recommend for delicious K-food and great service!
First time trying Minnan-style cuisine and it definitely did not disappoint! We ordered a braised tofu with mushrooms, pork with tieguanyin, yellow croaker with soy sauce, and ngoh hiangs. The fish was the star of the show, super fresh and tender. The service was really good, with the servers refilling our tea at every turn. The manager was super friendly and knowledgeable as well, educating us about Fujian and Minnan cuisine. Super filling and satisfying Chinese dinner!
Prices are slightly steep but definitely well worth the experience! Prawn broth was super thick and flavourful, with lots of ingredients and sets to choose from. Portions were quite generous as well. Must also order the ngoh hiang - super crispy and yummy.
Have heard of this place before but never tried it till now. Glad I did, because it was great! Cosy, chill vibes. Food was enjoyable, especially the skewers, oden, and Hokkaido scallops! Will be back again for sure.
Great value for money. Comes with foie gras and (real) truffle options as well! Nice chill place.
Ribs and steak were great. Service was impeccable as well. Looking forward to visiting again!
