The buffet comes with free flow beef, chicken, pork, vegetables, noodles and sushi. I find their sushi quite good as it has quite a variety; maki with fried prawn or squid. You can top up additional $2.99 for their free flow drink and soft serve ice cream. Note that the buffet has a time limit of 70 minutes. They have a monthly soup base which you can try out!
Most affordable set lunch you can find in the town! Set lunch comes with appetizers, main course, soft drinks and one scoop of Hagen Dazs ice cream👍
Nice food and ambience! ⭐️
I like that they split the gravy with the chee cheong fun so that I can decide how sweet/salty I want it to be. The yong tau foo is decent since after all it is not specialize in it. You can pay an additional $1 to get a cup of hot tea or coffee. However, the portion could be abit too small for men/big eater.
The porridge is thick and goes well with their handmade meatball 👍 this place is always crowded during evening and can be difficult to get seat for big groups.
One of its famous dish is century eggs ($3) that comes with gingers and chili at the side.
Quite a decent hainanese chicken rice restaurant that adopt a zi char concept. Besides hainanese chicken, some of its popular dishes include curry fish head, seafood fried rice and salted egg pork chop!
The best thing is that there is no GST and service charge.
The 5 courses include fixed appetizer, salad or soup, main course, dessert and beverage. They have very impressive vegetarian food as it looks and tastes really good 🌟 didn’t know vegetarian could taste so good before this! For the upcoming parents day celebration, they even have 8 courses peranakan cuisine.
Highly recommend this place to vegetarians and people who want to try something different!
Finally got to try the chicken and root beer float after waiting close to 45 mins. The chicken is quite good as the meat is tender and skin is crispy! The combo meal comes with 2 pieces chicken, curly fries and soft drinks. Paid an additional 60 cents to change my drinks to root beer float which I find it quite worth!
This is my favorite chicken rice!!! They use kampong chicken which is tender and healthier 🌟 For spicy lover out there, their chili definitely won’t let you down! Highly recommend this chicken rice place!! 🌟🌟🌟
Very interesting to find out that the curry is watery rather than thick gravy. The udon is average but I like their free flow appetizers - preserved bean sprouts and radish 👍
The shrimp omelette with rice comes in quite a big portion with generous amount of shrimp. The set meal comes with a cup of hot hk style coffee/tea and you can top up $0.50 for iced drinks.
This is definitely the best laksa you can find in Singapore which was awarded Michelin award 2017. The laksa is priced as follows:
1. Small- $5.50
2. Medium - $6.50
3. Large - $7.50
In each bowl of laksa, you can find prawns, fish cakes and beansprouts which go extremely well with the gravy👍
A cafe with good ambience in the mature estate. Quite a nice place to chill with family and friends if you are in the neighborhood. This speculoos latte has a very interesting taste and surprisingly isn’t as sweet as I thought!
Last order for weekend is at 930pm.
