Nice breakfast place, I enjoyed my morning coffee and breakfast set after a long hike. Location is superb. Right outside MBS. Food is nice and coffee is good.

Price is also quiet reasonable considering the location.

Eggs were well cooked. Bread was fresh, mushrooms were delicious and juicy. Set came with coffee. Coffee was average, nothing great, but I still liked the place.

Wonderful Location near all the cafes in East. Great staff and service. Nice relaxed vibe.

I ordered lamb Rack which delicious. Well cooked and amazing presentation. Portion size also fair for a light eater like me.

My only concern is the price. Considering the relaxed and simple decor and location, the price was exceptional. My lamb was $38++.

Although I enjoyed the experience, I will have to think before I eat here again. Look at the photos to decide for yourself.

This one is the most classic but you could choose fancier options.

Brown sugar, butter from Maison Beillevaire - I chose lemon butter but you can go with Classic butter or salted butter.

Perfect for your sugar cravings in the morning and otherwise light weight breakfast.

This one is No. 3, Over sautéed mushrooms, Comté cheese, organic egg sunny side up. When you say breakfast, I hear healthy, tasty and filling. This checks out on all 3! The crepe is made of buckwheat to ensure enough fibre too.

It's french and it's amazing!

Rum + chocolate + banana

Not exactly what I was expecting. It was rum on ice in the glass, a banana crisp on top and a touch of chocolate syrup on the rim of the glass on one side. So, I had to drink from the exact spot to ensure I taste all three things. But, effectively it was rum & ice.

Great quality, large size and meaty oysters. They come with 4 condiments but I liked them natural :)

On wed, you can do unlimited Ruinart/cocktails and a dozen oysters per person for $78++

Mo Bar does rather good portion sizes for bar food. Good 7-8 prawns cooked crispy with masala mayo. They've added curry leaves which gives it very local feel. Great to go with your drinks.

Perfect for instagram. This is their prettiest cocktail. They do the print on rice paper and you'll see this cocktail change time to time to keep it new. Currently, they are doing sarimanok and I love the colors!!

Rum + Mango + Citrus makes it absolutely delicious too!

Nice creamy spinach served with fried organic egg to add an aroma and contradict the bitterness of the spinach. This is a side dish but highly recommend to compete your steak with the necessary greens.

The spinach is tempered with some spices that I couldn't place my finger on, but all in all absolutely delicious addition to your meal.

If you are looking for an introduction to Cut but not yet ready to shell out too much, order this one!

It's 395gm of ribeye, Illinois corn fed, aged 21 days. I would recommend to order medium rare and enjoy the pink blush of the tender steak along with the crispy dark and spiced outer. The steak is served with 4 mustards and sea salt. Pick a sauce for $5++.

It'll be good to also order a side to get the greens on the plate. Check out next post for more on the creamed spinach.

This is good for 2 to share. If you want to order solo from this category you could do Fillet mignon for $80++

Do check out their special steak for the evening, that also might work for you.

It's their highly recommended starter and for a good reason. There's a perfect blend of tuna, avos, tomatoes to make the center-piece and served with wasabi aioli, ginger, togarashi crisps and tuna soy.

The best part of this starter is that you can ask them to split into two to share. The picture is 1/2 the portion size. Allows you to try more things on the menu!!

Cut serves you Michelin star food with a great experience. You'll be well taken care of by their staff.
