The stall offer ramen spiciness level from 0 (non spicy) to level 8 (flaming hot). I choose level 3 which already quite spicy for me. This humble Japanese ramen shop may not be popular at the outside as it has old exterior & interior look, but definitely worth try since their food quality is good with reasonable price.
Forget about your waistline, time to enjoy sweet treat during holiday season. This brownies has a middle layer of caramel sauce which will double your sugar intake. As long as you consume this a small portion a day, it should be fine.
Best to consume after 15 mins out from the fridge, when the brownie texture has been soften.

The bowl of ramen came with 4 slices of chashu, accompanied with black garlic oil to give extra depth of flavour. This bowl of ramen is totally good to warm your body. The brooth was legit and flavourful.
Although it’s located at the heart of Orchard and decorated with elegant interior the menu is priced reasonably.
Went here for Christmas lunch, the place has elegant interior and perfect for weekend lunch.
The bowl has a good array of sashimi and salmon, and it was reasonably priced.
You may be fooled by their promotion at the storefront but the price actually not that cheap. Hot Pot for 2 persons with drinks may be resulted in total bill $50++. Given there’s extra charge for dipping sauce per person. With service and GST.
However overall food was satisfying, although not fantastic. Good for family lunch or dinner. As they provide incentives of soft toys if you accumulate points.
If you’re craving for a dim sum in Bugis area, depending where you are. You can either head to Victor’s Kitchen (Sunshine Plaza) or Hong Kong Dim Sum Shop (at the end Liang Seah street) near Beach Road.
Their steamed pork ribs quite flavourful and the siew mai quite ok. Must admit their menu is quite pricey (4 pcs of siew mai $5.80). Seemed the place expecting late night diners.
For chee cheong fan lovers, you shouldn’t miss this local dish if you passed by Kallang area. Located in the near walking distance from Kallang MRT. This stall opens for breakfast mainly.
The chee cheong fan not so chewy, similar like rice kway teow. I love their sweet sauce, lard & chili (all flavour blend well nicely).
Perfect for a light breakfast.
If you ever find crepe better than this place, please let me know. Dropped by 15:50 and the lady (seemed to be the owner) told me their last order is 16:00 and they were full of orders already. But she’s still accomodated me dine in. As I have to order straight away with her.
I went with La Gleman $14.90 which consists of crepe with grated coconut, maple syrup anc homemade salted butter caramel ice cream that interests me to pick this item.
Although the crepe presentation was ordinary but the taste is amazing! First bite, will bring you to heaven state for a moment. The crepe was totally sweet since it were drenched in maple syrup but it’s worth every calories. I shared with friend over iced mocha. But their drinks doesn’t appeared to be standout, too ordinary. What a pity, my iced mocha wasn’t that good. The shredded chocolate sat below the bottom of the glass & the mocha taste is diluted with the ice.
Casual cafe for weekend teatime 2-4pm.
Next visit, would love to try Geraldine’s favourite crepe.
Spicy 🌶🌶🌶 beef la mien is perfect for cold weather or when you need a kick in your meal. The portion of beef at first seems little but actually it’s quite generous since it’s hidden beneath the la mien.
I should admit the beef noodles either soup or gravy is quite flavourful. But it’s not fantastic till worth your time 1 hour just for queing. Recently I was fooled by the queue system I thought not many people queue, but apparently a group of people have taken numbers so they go somewhere else. Try if their queue is short, but I doubt never happened.
Taaty modern mushroom burger, with a strong fragrance of truffle oil. Ordered this via Deliveroo for self pick up at CT Hub 2. Overall good burger, worth try.
