Rich and flavorful pizza in a lovely light-filled restaurant.
This is a super hidden gem. Definitely worth a try even though its hard to find !
I've found what I believe to be the best bread & butter pudding in Singapore. This one has crisp-edged cubes of brioche and lots of custard; it hits my sweet spot without being overly saccharine. The texture is stodgy but not mushy - a good thing for this particular dish. Finished with strawberries and ice cream, I'm a happy, happy girl.
This affogato was one of the best I've had so far. Rich espresso poured over creamy vanilla ice cream that sits on a bed of chocolately, nutty biscuit crumble. So good.
Took me about 5 minutes to figure out where exactly it is, but it's a nice hidden coffee and brunch place when you to the back of the post office.
Only Italian restaurant outside Italy to be awarded 3 Michelin stars
Chocolate and pistachio souffle, creme anglaise
Apple Tart - juicy caramelised slices wedged in creme brûlée. Chocolate Tart - with a layer of salted caramel and hazelnuts. Lemon Tart with Meringue - the winning factor was the meringue, torched so the uppermost layer was crisp, and the soft meringue below, light and frothy.
Salted egg with tomato, chicken stew, BBQ beef, and green been tanghoon.
