Every dish didn’t taste amazingly, to be honest. they taste somehow bland here and there. My cousins and I barely finished any of dishes at all, and my milkshake wasn’t as good as I expected.
Result: we made a decision to ever not come back to this place again...
I forgot the price of my meal as I was in a rush eating it before work.
I definitely loved eating it but I couldn’t finish the whole bread. The combination of avocado, salmon and egg with a bit of sauce tasted like— can I say, heavenly?!
Result: I can come back again for this but probably I ought to try their other dishes too!
Earl grey cheesecake: My friend liked it, it wasn’t so bad for me too.. but the bottom the crumbles weren’t so crispy though. It was quite soft.
Odeh Odeh cake: it did taste like Odeh Odeh but I believe that the other Odeh Odeh cake I tried from different eatery did taste better than this one. No offences.
Cold brew tea: if I ain’t wrong, it was earl grey and strawberry(?). I couldn’t remember because it was my friend’s but I tried a sip, it was quite impressive that it tasted nice but funny fact is, we discovered it was from Malaysia. I couldn’t remember an exact digits of its price but clearly, I remembered mentioning it was a bit expensive when it’s especially from Malaysia...
Result: I haven’t tried the proper meals yet so probably next time I’ll come again for the proper meal instead of desserts! But to eat their cakes again, probably I might wanna try their salted caramel popcorn cake it looked yummy!
Cream the Curry ($13.90): I liked the taste of the sauce mixed of cream and curry but I couldn’t finish the rice cakes as I wasn’t much fan of rice cakes..
Finger Steak ($14.90): my friend liked this a lot, and it wasn’t bad for me too! The sauce wasn’t bad as well. Yum!
Cocktail: I forgot how much was it and I even forgot it’s name but if I ain’t wrong, it’s mixed of all mint, strawberry and raspberries? It tasted quite nice and fresh!
Result: overall they’re not bad, I wont mind coming back again if my friends or family wanna try this place!
Mine was jade matcha, small size. $5.90
I tried my friend’s and I thought mine tasted better haha.. overall, it tasted quite nice!
Result: I’ll definitely come again and try different drink— probably, Mango Cheezo! Hope this one won’t disappoint me too!
SGD$11
We tried every flavour they tasted so overly sweet! They were all made of brown sugar and etc so that explained why. We came to end up choosing black sesame & Nutella because they were okay and not as sweet as other flavours.
Brownie: it went good with the ice cream!
Result: Maybe I’ll come again, or maybe I’ll not... I am not a big fan of tastes that’s overly sweet/sugary!
Total SGD$47+ if I ain’t wrong.
Chirashi salad: lettuces were not cut into small pieces so it annoyed me a little when I tried to fold ʼem into small by the fork so that my mouth could consume the whole. The fish cubes were goddamn little -,- not worth the price.
Salmon udon: the salmon tastes not bad but the noodles were so bland even through the menu said it’s soaked with the cream. My friend and I couldn’t even taste any hint of cream. We ended up leaving the noodles aside not finishing ʼem.
Egg rolls with truffle on top: egg rolls were all right but I don’t know why the combination of egg’s sweetness and truffles tasted weird to me when I chewed ʼem altogether...
Result: I’ll definitely never come back again for their portions aren’t even worth all the costly prices. However, the service was quite nice!
Matcha banana, SGD$7.67
Nutella cheese, SGD$8.97
Ordered it via deliveroo.
Matcha banana: im one hella insane matcha lover. I’m definitely not banana lover but I tried it because of matcha. It only tasted quite nice while it was warm but after a few bites and when they were cooled down, I easily found ʼem a little weird and didn’t manage to finish it.
Nutella cheese (Nutella falls): I love Nutella and nuts so overall it’s all good, I finished ʼem all except the bottoms if y’all call it pancakes(?) because it’s too thick and I’m too full to consume whole thick pancake.
Result: definitely, I’ll go for Nutella again, but probably, Nutella fried banana next time!
SGD$9.90, ordered via grabfood.
Churros: inside the sticks were so soggy and bland even through they were coated with tons of sugars.
Dark chocolate sauce: it didn’t really taste like any real dark chocolate. It was so watery that I threw it away after one dip.
Yuzu white chocolate sauce: I love white chocolate so I expected a little high from this but maybe because it’s mixed with yuzu, I didn’t really like it so I didn’t finish it either.
Result: I’ll never go back again for their churros.
