The espresso was more acidic than I was used to, though I'm not sure how the flavour changes in the lattes/white coffees. I was allowed to choose the ice cream, and I got the yogurt one. Might seem weird, but it was so so good:))) very satisfying, it melts very slowly, and it's a TINY bit icy, but it goes damn well with the espresso(and it's also a pretty substantial scoop):> I would definitely come back for this Hahahah
Oh my god this was great. The blokes who work there were extremely friendly and helpful😏😏 anyway. This dish contained 5 falafel balls on top of hummus, a side salad, yogurt and tomato sauce. The hummus was SUPER tasty, thicker than the others I've tried. The falafel was also great, flavourful and not greasy:))) will definitely come back to try their amazingly fluffy looking pitas:))
Had the turkey naanwich and the mushroom one. Not good or worth the moneh😕 both the mushrooms and the naan weren't hot. The naan was thick and chewy, tasteless and not v palatable. I think overall it was q bland and under-seasoned. But the location and decor was q interesting:))
Customised my own (for $12). Basically added all the vegetables (no pineapples. Why do people put pineapples. No.), and spices. The base was beautifully thin and crispy it was easy to eat the whole thing:))), the rocket leaves on top tasted great with the pizza. I had the oriental base, but couldn't really discern its taste. The kimchi was q prominent (good). My friend had the opposite, (all meat), but he thought that the meat wasn't very fresh:// will come back though! You can also request for the sauces on the side!! Yumyumyum
Ordered a 5oz white ($4.5) and banana date loaf (just the loaf so it was $3.5)• service was great, extremely cheery and helpful:))• was craving some banana bread, and this satisfied that craving. Not too moist and was nice and warm too:)
When you're feeling like shit, ice-cream like this will numb your misery. The bitterness of the houjicha went perfectly with the milkyness of the maccha ice-cream. But best part was that the ice-cream ain't even that milky. So it's just thick green tea on top of thick green tea😈 the houjicha blend was smooth and not crunchy and when you're almost done with the ice cream, the mixture of melted icecream+houjicha is 😛 And this was made perfectly. I remember the last time I had this at the 313 outlet, the girl blended too little houjicha, so she just topped it up with semi-shaved ice. Ended up having to crunch through the frozen water😪. So yay for this fantastically sufficiently blended blend👍🏼👍🏼
The savoury dark rye sandwiches were yummy:) came with a smoked salmon one, egg tuna, smoked ham (I think?), and spicy cheese. The firmness of the rye bread complemented the flavour of the toppings:) but dayum. My mum and I agreed that the pastries were too sweet. It was unbelievable. My stomach and mouth felt weird, and we couldn't finish the sweets:( Wouldn't recommend the emperor cake. The crescent shaped "kipferl" wasn't too bad, though it was dense rather than flaky. Despite the uncomfortable experience with the sweets, my mum and I were both willing to return to try their other savoury dishes😄 Great ambience, there was even an accordionist!✨
Brownie with two scoops of ice cream, dark chocolate and coconut(premium) Brownice is so so so good. Who are we kidding, ice cream will never be "healthy", but this is definitely as close as it'll get. The texture of the ice cream is great. It's so thick, you can almost chew it. And the bits of coconut flesh😍😍 the brownie is good too! Super fudgey:>> warm staff another plus👍🏼👍🏼
