L-R: Chorizo, Hummer (lobster), Clam. Chorizo - spanish chorizo, sour kraut, garlic, basil, vinegar, tomatoes and potatoes. Served with chili creme. Hummer - lobster broth, wine, cognac, milk & cream. Served with shrimps, crawfish and lobster. Clam - clams, bacon, thyme, wine, onions, bay leaves, milk and cream and potatoes.
GrÀddstuvad pytt i panna med Àggula & rödbetor - Creamy hash with egg and red beets. The hash consists of potato and roughly chopped bacon (?) with a creamy dressing. The dish comes with a raw egg to be mixed in before eating. Very tasty mix of flavours.
Pork slow cooked in it's own fat with crispy skin. Overall tasty but on the salty side. Crispy skin was a little tough. The dish was accompanied by puréed mandelpotatis (almond potato) which was also a tad salty.
