Too scenic for a plate to dig into 🍽🍳🍳As soon as the fork touched the eggs, there it was, a golden stream of runny yolk cascading downwards, atop a raft floating on a blue sea 🚣‍♀️🌊 🌊 What a sight to dig into! 😍☺️ The smoked salmon pieces were nicely complemented by the slight tangy from the pickled baby radish and the creamy sweetness that flowed from the yolk and the rye was soaking the moment ✨✨✨
What made the rye more palatable was that delicate layer of avocado spread with dill garnishes 💛💚
