Fresh slices of Chirashi! The rice was slightly too little and dry tho, and the slices were too thick. Good selection of sashimi! (We preferred the Wagyu beef! See next post)

Blue-berry pancakes! The maple butter syrup was amazing, possibly the best part of the dish. Pancakes were warm and fluffy but slightly too much for one person (so you shld share it!) 9/10😋 Best pancakes title still goes to the famed Pancakes on the Rock in Sydney!

Opera cake from Bakerzin! Well presented, with a good mix of flavors - coffee & chocolate were rich👍🏻

Eggs Benedict ($16) and Brioche French Toast with caramelised bananas! This was absolutely amazing. The brioche on both the Eggs Ben and French toast were fluffy, warm and delicious!!! A 100/100. There was meringue sprinkled over the French toast, and the chantilly cream was perfectly light and milky - like how a good chantilly would taste. Would definitely go back x100 times.

Signature Creamy Butter Crab! This was perfectly buttery and comes with crunchy coconut crumbs. ☺️ (only for butter-lovers cos this is v buttery) Crab was wonderfully cooked and fresh! They are having a promotion now - 3 crabs for $78 (you can choose two flavored e.g. Chili crab + Butter crab) Remember to order their Mantou, those are definitely No.1 yummy!
