Tomyum Pasta With Chicken Chop Loved this dish! Tomyum sauce had a good balance of spicy and sour. Chicken chop was well cooked and marinated. Definitely very worth it for the price! Their menu is quite extensive as well – they serve a mix of thai, Chinese, western and even fusion dishes :) definitely a place worth checking out if you’re close to Sembawang Shopping Centre.

Duck Confit Looking for something affordable to eat around Sembawang? Visit @13milessingapore for a wide range of western dishes like pasta, burgers, pizza and many more! If you’re feeling adventurous, the Duck Confit with a side of mash potatoes & vegetables was a pretty unique dish. I guess we don’t normally order duck when we’re out, more commonly we get steak or salmon, but this one was worth the try 😛

Visited the newly opened dessert cafe in Tampines after dinner and it was furnished to a neon colour theme. Ordered the Homemade Waffle ($5) with a double scoop of Banana Walnut and Yubari Rock Melon ($9) but was disappointed with it. Firstly, the waffle was dry and had a hard texture but the saddest part was both the gelato. The former had minimal walnut bits in it that you will not even notice it is there and it had a very weak banana flavour, almost just taste of a milk gelato instead of banana walnut. Basque burnt 9nett Must try Molten even when cold, the creaminess and flavour were both good. Rightly, the cheese wasn't too sweet, and they balance it out with a glaze on top. Textbook apart from the glaze, which puts them over the top. The best I've had in recent memory Location ulu tho, abit painful to walk under the sun at noon
